What is Myofascial Release?

How Myofascial Release Works

Twisting the myofascial allows it to become “unstuck” and increases blood flow and hydration to the area.

And if you choose to go deeper on the teachings you can attend in person events and retreats. I love that the techniques can be done by anyone on their own body. You heal yourself. The maneuvers have been effective on everyone from elite athletes to people with chronic diseases. Spending 10 minutes everyday doing myofascial release will alleviate chronic pain and enhance mobility. It does this by addressing the underlying imbalances and restrictions in the body’s tissues.
